​The countdown to Christmas is ON! Join us Saturday, December 5, from 10 AM – 4 PM for Christmas at the RECC - a festive celebration of local makers, creators, and small businesses.

With 100+ vendors under one roof, you’ll find something for everyone, including local décor, delicious food products, bee products, knitting, woodworking, artwork, jewellery, handmade gifts, and so much more!

Please Note: Vendor applications are not accepted on a first come, first served basis. The RECC reserves the right to select vendors at its discretion to ensure a diverse and balanced mix of products and businesses.


Power required?
ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions and additional event information. We aim to send acceptance emails by September 1, 2026; however, timing may vary depending on the number of applications received


Once accepted, vendors will have 30 days from the date of their acceptance email to submit payment.


Payment may be made by:

  • E-transfer (EFT)

  • Credit card

  • Cash at the RECC


Full payment details will be provided in the acceptance email.


VENDOR SPACES

One 6-foot table and two chairs are provided with each vendor space.

Tablecloths and skirting are not provided.


All tables are numbered. Vendors may use their own tables or displays, provided they do not exceed their allotted space.


Vendors requiring additional space may apply for more than one vendor space. Where possible, multiple spaces booked by the same vendor will be placed beside one another.


Additional racking, shelving, or display fixtures must remain completely within the vendor's allotted space and must not obstruct aisles or neighbouring vendors.


If you plan to bring your own table or display, please select an appropriate location on the vendor map based on your space and power requirements and indicate on your application that you will be providing your own setup.


TRACK-LOCATION TABLES

Please note: Track-location tables (#101–#132) will be located in the arena. This area can be chilly and may occasionally be loud during hockey play. These conditions are reflected in the discounted vendor fees.


POWER

A limited number of vendor spaces with access to power are available.

Power is intended for low-draw devices only, such as small lights, chargers, or similar equipment.


Hot plates, cooking appliances, heaters, or other high-draw electrical devices are not permitted.


Extension cords will not be provided. Vendors requiring power must bring their own appropriate extension cord.


FOOD VENDORS

All food products must be prepared in advance.


Cooking or food preparation during the event is not permitted. Hot plates and other cooking or heating appliances may not be used.


Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, approvals, or certifications required for their products and must provide the RECC with copies of any relevant documentation when requested.


VENDOR FEES

Main Facility Tables (#1 - #100)

6-foot table, no power: $65.00 + HST

6-foot table, with power:$70.00 + HST


Track-Location Tables (#101 – #132)

6-foot table, no power: $55.00 + HST

6-foot table, with power:$60.00 + HST

DISCLAIMER

Please note that your application does not confirm your vendor spot. We will email you a confirmation along with payment instructions.


SETUP & LOADING

Vendor setup will take place on:


Saturday, December 5, from 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM

Vendor loading and unloading will take place through the RECC main entrances.


Upon arrival, your table will be set up and labelled with your business name.


ALL VENDORS MUST BE FULLY SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:45 AM.


DURING THE EVENT

Vendors are expected to maintain a safe, professional, and tidy display throughout the event.


Displays, merchandise, tables, shelving, and other materials must remain within the vendor's allotted space and must not obstruct aisles, exits, neighbouring vendors, or public areas.


Vendors are responsible for their own products, displays, equipment, and personal belongings.


ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN SET UP UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW AT 4:00 PM.


A complete list of vendor rules and event information will be provided to successful applicants with their acceptance information.


REMOVAL

All materials must be removed on Saturday, December 5, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.


Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and removing all merchandise, displays, packaging, and waste at the end of the event.


SECURITY

The RECC accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Vendor cancellations must be made before November 14, 2026, by contacting christmas@therecc.ca.


Cancellations received after November 14 are non-refundable.

Vendor fees will only be refunded if the RECC cancels the event.
