Update July 28th:
𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑏𝑒 𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑛 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 8𝐴𝑀 𝑡𝑜 1𝑃𝑀 𝑜𝑛 𝑀𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑎𝑦, 𝐴𝑢𝑔𝑢𝑠𝑡 2𝑛𝑑.
We are closing a little earlier than normal, as we will be working on making some exciting changes within our facility! 🚧
We are pleased to be able to announce the following changes:
As of August 2nd, we are no longer requiring registration for our daily aquatics programming.
This means that aquatics users can simply drop in to our facility, and sign in at our lower entrance when they arrive.
The only exception is Hydro Riders, which will continue to require online registration.
As of August 3rd we will be permitting our fitness centre users to access the lockers/showers once again.
We will not be permitting overnight storage or locker rentals at this time, so please ensure you do not leave any valuables behind.
𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬/𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞:
As of August 3rd we will be moving our group fitness classes back to their previous location in the studio beside the fitness centre.
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧:
We will be removing our temporary upstairs welcome desk setup.
One of our member experience specialists will be set up inside the fitness centre and will be able to perform all the usual membership actions.
Fitness users/group fitness participants are encouraged to continue to enter through the upstairs fitness centre when possible to eliminate congestion/line ups at our downstairs welcome desk.
All walking track, aquatics spectators, and arena spectators are no longer required to check in at the front desk and can proceed directly to their destinations.
We still ask that all members/users wear masks while in our facility (including between equipment in the fitness centre) and follow all rules as posted throughout the facility.
We ask that all members/users stay 2 metres (6 feet) away from other people as much as possible, unless you’re with your household members (the people you live with) or your close social contacts.
We encourage users to continue to use the designated exits to help control the flow of traffic.

The Koltech Climbing Wall will remain closed however we have plans to reopen that soon! Check out our employment opportunities if you are passionate about climbing and want to join our team.
The Sauna will remain closed upon our reopening. We will post online when we have a reopening date.
A few housekeeping items to note:

𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 We have credited back those who have already paid for our previously cancelled sessions from the spring. Credits will be applied to your account and you are welcome to use your credit towards the next session or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we can send out a refund cheque. ( as we have passed the 30 day window, unfortunately we are unable to refund directly back to your credit/debit cards )
𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Aquatics programming will require pre-registration, and registration for the upcoming period will be available as of Monday at 9AM. If you have any questions or issues registering please email email@example.com.

𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 For all of our members who have prepaid for their memberships, we will be extending your term for the length of our closure. For those who have regular payments coming from your account we have skipped payments during our closure and will resume payments after we reopen. As each account has different billing dates, some members may see another payment skipped to ensure credit is given for the length of our closure.
