Fitness Centre Age Requirements:
*under 12 years are not permitted in the fitness centre (unless as part of youth programming)
*12 years - parent/guardian supervision required
*13-15 years can work out independently however a Fit Start Orientation is strongly encouraged
*16+ can work out independently
Group Exercise Age Requirements:
*under 12 years are not permitted to attend classes
*12-13 years - parent/guardian supervision required
*14+ may attend independently
